- Location: Seattle, WA, Hybrid (Tues-Thurs on-site, Mon & Fri remote - PST business hours)
- Pay Range: $37-48/hour DOE
Brief Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Specialist to temporarily support our clients Workspace Demand Generation team. This role will focus on driving demand within the Sales-Assisted segment through outbound campaigns and event marketing. Ideal candidates will bring experience in outbound marketing strategy, campaign execution, and Sales/BDR enablement.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and track email marketing campaigns targeting prospects.
- Contact List Management: Build and segment contact lists leveraging internal tools and data sources.
- BDR Assignment & Enablement: Assign targeted lists to BDRs and provide them with campaign context, messaging, and goals.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor outbound and event campaign effectiveness and report on results.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, outbound marketing, sales development support, or event marketing.
- Proven success in executing outbound campaigns contributing to pipeline growth.
- Direct experience supporting or enabling BDR/SDR teams.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and funnel dashboard navigation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach).
