We are seeking a dynamic and visionary
Marketing Specialist to enhance the credit union's presence, reputation, member experience, and lead generation across all channels. Under general direction and supervision, you will support developing, executing, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive member engagement and growth, and support the growth of products and services across the credit union. This role requires a creative and analytical professional who can collaborate with internal teams, manage projects effectively, and deliver high-quality marketing communications across digital, print, and traditional media channels.
Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote the credit union's products and services, including loans, credit cards, deposit accounts, and other financial offerings.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and member growth goals.
- Conduct market research, analyze member data, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improved member engagement.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with the credit union's brand standards, mission, and values.
Project Management & Internal Collaboration
- Execute end-to-end tactical marketing campaigns, coordinating timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Partner with internal business lines, including branch operations, lending, and digital services, to develop targeted marketing plans that address specific goals and challenges.
- Work closely with creative teams, external vendors, and digital partners to develop engaging and effective marketing materials.
- Oversee the production and distribution of marketing content, ensuring consistency in tone, branding, and messaging.
Content Creation & Media Management
- Assist in the development of compelling content for websites, email marketing, social media, print, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate the design and execution of marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, digital ads, and in-branch signage.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and email marketing software to measure campaign success.
- Implement A/B testing and other strategies to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree or AA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, plus relevant direct experience
- Two years relevant project management in marketing environment preferred
- Two years or more in marketing, preferably in the financial services, credit union, or healthcare industry. Retail experience a plus.
Key Competencies: - Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including digital, social, and traditional media.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms, such as email marketing systems, CMS, and CRM software a plus.
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience using relevant project management tools, such as ClickUp
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and productivity software
- Ability to build relationships and guide conversations which include representatives from multiple functional areas
- High degree of organizational skills (planning, coordinating, tracking) and comfort working on time-sensitive projects
- Strong cognitive/analytical and strategic thinking skills; confidence and assertiveness to render timely decisions around complex situations
- Creativity in overcoming obstacles and barriers to progress

Monetary Growth: - Final offers based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The hourly pay range for the Marketing Specialist role is $23.63 - $29.53.
