Marketing Specialist
Job Description: We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, editing, and refining top-notch marketing proposals that align with client goals and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft, edit, and refine high-quality marketing proposals that align with client goals and expectations.
- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, design, and project management, to gather necessary information and insights for proposal creation.
- Build and maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and other resources to enhance the proposal process.
- Ensure that all proposals adhere to the company's branding, messaging, and style standards.
- Perform comprehensive reviews to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client specifications.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and best practices in marketing and proposal writing.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
Essential Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing proposal writing or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing proposals and related writing samples.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (preferably InDesign and Photoshop).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and strategies.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
