Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist located in Palm Beach, FL. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for originating and implementing marketing strategies across our real estate portfolio including:
- Update the company websites and Google pages ensuring content is current and engaging
- Managing home sale and rental listings to ensure quality and consistency
- Assist in the creation and management of social media marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Support advertising sales efforts by creating promotional materials and presentations.
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate reports for management.
- Implement marketing automation processes to streamline communication and enhance customer engagement.
- Create compelling copy for various marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and online content.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication, both written and verbal
- Multiple years of marketing experience
- Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service
- Proficiency in developing and implementing Marketing Strategies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
