Role Overview
We're looking for a talented Marketing Specialist with a keen eye for design and a passion for storytelling through photography and social media. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for producing engaging visual content, designing marketing materials, managing our social media presence, and coordinating events to elevate the Royal Concrete and Masonry brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality images and videos of our projects, from before-and-after shots to site visits and team photos, ensuring we tell the best visual story of our work.
- Design: Create engaging and on-brand marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media posts, and email campaigns that align with our brand's aesthetic and messaging.
- Social Media Outreach: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Manage content creation, community engagement, and analytics to grow our audience and increase visibility.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, such as client meetings, site tours, and corporate sponsorship events. Work with the team to ensure seamless execution and create impactful experiences.
- Content Strategy: Work closely with the Director of Operations and senior management to develop content that supports our business development, brand awareness, and recruitment efforts.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all marketing and social media content is cohesive, on-brand, and visually stunning, reflecting the professionalism and innovation of our company.
- Creative Projects: Support the development of creative concepts for ads, website updates, event promotion, and more. Provide visual assets for both digital and print channels.

- Social Media Management: Experience in managing business accounts on social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), with a focus on creating content that engages and grows an audience.
- Event Coordination: Experience in coordinating events, from small team meetings to large corporate functions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to generate new ideas and concepts that visually communicate the Royal Concrete and Masonry brand and connect with our audience.
- Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects at once, balancing creativity with deadlines and ensuring everything is delivered on time.
