Job Description

Assists in development, design, and implementation of new business processes and systems. Assists planning and facilitating departmental meetings, key events and special projects. Administers and coordinates various marketing initiatives in support of organization marketing strategy and implementation.

Job Responsibility
  • Coordinates the execution of various marketing communications vehicles including print ads, direct mail, digital advertising, and collateral material.
  • Administers vendor invoice approval and budget tracking.
  • Assists with coordinating activities of vendors as they relate to the creation and fulfillment of the marketing initiatives.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements for covered products; delivers various communications, including emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinates the distribution of departmental communications in partnership with the leadership team; researches and evaluates new technology solutions for assigned projects.
  • Budgets oversight, including the tracking of departmental expenses.
  • Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $64,350-$86,060/year
