Description

The Marketing Specialist at Safe Harbor Estate Law is primarily responsible for driving client acquisition and enhancing brand visibility. This role focuses on developing and executing social media strategies, planning and supporting in-person and virtual events, and assisting with the implementation of multi-channel marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the firm's back-end marketing systems to ensure exceptional client service and maintain strong brand awareness.

• Conduct CARE (Client Appreciation and Referral Engagement) calls to refer our former clients to our partners, offering support and inquiring about potential referrals from their personal networks.

• Reach out to prospective referral sources to schedule introductory or relationship-building meetings with a designated firm representative.

• Strengthen referral relationships and maximize the value of existing partnerships.

• Request and collect client testimonials to support the firm's reputation and marketing efforts.

• Maintain an organized schedule and tracking system for all referral source outreach and follow-up activities.

• Assist with the development of marketing materials for targeted audiences

• Responses to prospects (new client proposals, brochures)

• Welcome packages and personalized letters

• Newsletters, Blogs (with the assistance of vendors)

• Marketing emails

• Biographies

• Review and update the pre and post engagement glidepaths for clients

• Lead digital marketing efforts, including in-house SEO, blog content creation, Google Ads management, backlink building, and strategic initiatives to increase website traffic and improve online conversions.

• Monitor vendors that maintain the Firm's website, social media accounts, and newsletter

• Monitor and respond to Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts

• Support vendors who post blogs and articles to keep content-related sections of the website up-to-date and freshSchedule, coordinate, conduct, and follow up from workshops and webinars

• Contact organizations that would be willing to invite the firm to speak to their members, clients, or service populations.

• Complete marketing reporting and data tracking.

• Keep abreast of the Firm's social calendar and ongoing and upcoming projects and programs to be able to inform prospective clients and to answer questions from staff

• Assist with gift and special event planning

• Manage and allocate the Marketing budget effectively.

• Maintain the Firm's marketing documents and materials (electronic and paper) in locations that are accessible to the Owner and team.

• Participate in weekly marketing meetings.

• Lead by example with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Qualifications

Education Experience:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role is required.

• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, and Google Ads
