OneWest is seeking a part-time marketing specialist to aid in the coordination of the company's promotional and commercial efforts. This is a hybrid role with most work taking place remotely, however, occasional visits to company sites and events will be required as part of the duties. Working in conjunction with the commercial team, the marketing specialist will help with the creation of content, the coordination of marketing efforts, and help drive increased engagement for the business. This is a part-time role, requiring on average 20 hours of work per week.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation and Management: aids in creating marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Campaign management: aids in the creation of emails, ads, newsletters, or other marketing campaigns
- Trade Show and Event Coordination: Assists in the periodic logistics involved with events and trade shows
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Skills Required
- Creative and innovative thinking
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, including copywriting
- Strong computer-based creative skills, including but not limited to: Adobe suite, Microsoft Suite, etc.
- Adept at utilizing Social Media platforms for marketing
- Attention to detail
- SEO knowledge
Education/Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and content marketing
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective content
- Experience with manufacturing operations is a plus
