Job Details: Title: Marketing Specialist Location: Nashville, TN 37067 Duration: 9-12 months Pay range $36.50/hour Job Description: As an Account-Based Marketing Program Manager for the Electrical OEM channels in North America, you will be responsible for executing targeted account marketing strategies to support account-based selling. You will ensure that existing accounts have enjoyable customer experience while identifying new opportunities within high-value accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Plan, develop, and execute account-based marketing campaigns tailored to specific EOEM accounts.
- Partner with account management teams to ensure alignment and proper execution of account strategies.
- Develop ABM metrics to measure the performance of current programs and report on campaign success.
- Help manage the development of content for website copy, blog posts, sales documentation, and videos, leveraging in-house and agency resource
- Pursue and nurture leads until qualified and set up meetings for outside sales with qualified prospects.
- Optimized Campaign Execution: Conduct A/B testing and analytics to refine messaging, creatives, and assets, maximizing response and conversion rates.
Requirements:- Previous experience in sales, ABM, lead generation, or digital marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience in executing innovative and multi-part events and lead generation programs.
- Experience in creating and implementing marketing campaigns using live events, webinars, digital advertising, and social networking.
- Knowledgeable of content marketing and inbound marketing to generate more qualified leads.
- Familiar with the technical sales cycle and can strategically use marketing communication to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.
