Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support and execute a variety of marketing initiatives. This fully onsite, permanent/direct-hire position based in Cincinnati, OH, plays a key role in enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting internal and external communications across multiple platforms and events.
Compensation: - $60,000-$80,000 annually, depending on experience
Work Schedule: - Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Fully onsite, five days per week
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist: - Plan and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials
- Drive lead generation efforts through SEO, PPC, email marketing, and website optimization
- Manage content calendars for blogs, social media, newsletters, and case studies
- Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional content and multimedia assets
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, and client-facing events
- Capture and organize event content for marketing use
- Contribute to internal communication efforts and employee engagement activities
- Support proposal development, RFQ/RFP submissions, and maintain marketing documentation
- Maintain CRM records and organize marketing assets and past project files
Qualifications and Skills for the Marketing Specialist: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in content creation and digital marketing tools
- Collaborative, creative, and detail-oriented mindset
