AssureCare is seeking a Marketing Specialist to help with creating, planning, and implementing marketing and advertising activities. This individual will possess excellent design skills and is deeply creative with great problem-solving abilities. Working directly with the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing design strategies that bring marketing campaigns and activities to life while ensuring that all deadlines are met.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, managing, and executing campaigns including awareness, lead generation, nurture, and account-based marketing
- Manage and organize promotional event vendors on project planning and execution, including trade shows both digital and in-person
- Manage, analyze, and optimize all digital campaigns as necessary for improved performance
- Align with company-wide digital strategy and grow relationships with cross-divisional and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Design and create digital and print content for promotion including video
- Social Media channel ownership & content management
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines. Passion for detailed design, capturing the big picture and determining steps for executing against demanding timelines.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required in Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
- 3 - 5+ years relevant experience required
- Basic understanding of marketing communications and communication strategy preferred
- Medical industry or healthcare related B2B experience preferred
- Familiarity with Pardot highly desired
- Graphic and social media strategy planning experience
- Extraordinary attention to detail, organization and file management skills
- Develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
- Strong understanding of key program analytics with a strong ability to share insight and learning
- Superior command of written and spoken English; the ability to write original content.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere.
- Experience with general-purpose programming languages such as: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proven ability to concept and design for various forms of media, including but not limited to print, video, digital, packaging and presentation graphics
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.)
- Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics, LinkedIn and Google AdWords
- Proficiency with SEO/SEM campaigns
