Job Description We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, content creation, and email campaigns. This role requires proficiency in Google Analytics, Canva, and Constant Contact, among other marketing tools. If you're passionate about driving engagement and brand growth, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Utilize Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. Create engaging visual content using Canva for social media, email marketing, and ads. Design and manage email marketing campaigns through Constant Contact, including list segmentation and performance tracking. Assist in content creation for blogs, newsletters, and social media. Monitor and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic traffic. Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies that align with company goals. Analyze marketing data and generate reports with actionable insights. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in digital marketing or related field. Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking and reporting. Strong design skills using Canva for marketing materials. Experience with Constant Contact (or similar email marketing platforms). Understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and content strategy. Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation.
