POSITION PURPOSE: OneWater Marine is seeking a talented and passionate
Growth Marketing Specialist to facilitate and implement strategies across multiple areas of digital marketing including paid search, display, retargeting, SMS, email and direct mail campaigns. Additionally, this integrated marketing position sits within Revver Digital, a division of OneWater Marine, and will be responsible for lead generation campaigns, campaign management/optimizations, performance analysis and reporting.
The
Growth Marketing Specialist will work with the Digital & Direct Marketing Manager to ensure marketing programs are executed on a national and local level.
Skills:
- Proficient knowledge in a range of techniques including paid search, display, video, SEO, CRM platform, direct mail, email, and SMS.
- Demonstrable experience setting up and managing campaigns in marketing automation tools (i.e. Hubspot workflows), Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or other paid media platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, performance reporting, Hubspot and lookerstudio dashboards.
- Strong experience of spend pacing, spend forecasting; maintaining budgetary control of all digital marketing spend.
- Proficient in managing and optimizing campaigns across a range of native advertising platforms, encompassing Google Ads, Display Network, various social media channels (Meta, X, LinkedIn, Instagram), and retargeting platforms like GroundTruth.
- Expertise in utilizing data tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Search Console to analyze performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Skilled in leveraging website analytics to monitor goal achievement, report key metrics, and translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Effective communicator and collaborator, comfortable interacting with clients, working across multidisciplinary teams, developing campaign plans, managing budgets, and overseeing program execution.
- Adaptable and strategic thinker, capable of developing innovative solutions to drive client campaign success.
- Solid understanding of optimization techniques, including keyword targeting, campaign budget management, and audience, location, and device bid adjustments.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio is a plus.
- Experience in data modeling and statistical analysis is preferred.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns and executing KPI centric optimizations.
- 2+ years of digital media planning or other related experience with B2B and B2C strategies.
- Hubspot and/or Pardot certifications
- Google Ads certification
