General Description: The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This role involves leveraging various digital channels and strategies to optimize online presence and achieve business objectives.
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, paid advertising, and press releases.
- Collaborate with content specialist and graphic designer to develop digital content that aligns with overall marketing strategy.
- Manage and maintain social media profiles to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Lead the sponsors and influencer relationships, including product request procurements, acquiring content, and making recommendations from current trends.
- Layout, implement, and optimize email campaigns to grow sales and retain customers.
- Segment email lists for personalized communication and email campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing team and implement A/B testing and conversion tests.
- Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.
- Report and make recommendations on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders to maximize ROI.
- Measure digital performance and make recommendations for improvement from data analytics, including Meta Business, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and TikTok.
- Research advertising trends and competitor offerings.
- Manage apparel and promotions items.
Required skills and qualifications - Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- 2 or more years of marketing experience with a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related experience.
- Excellent storytelling, content creation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred skills and qualifications - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong project management skills
