About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to lead our overall marketing strategy and social media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, audience engagement, and data-driven campaign management. This role requires a creative thinker who can broaden our demographic reach and appeal to diverse audiences beyond traditional conservative markets.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
US Citizen or Green Card holder (full-time role based in Austin, TX).
At least 5 years of experience in a high-end marketing role, preferably across the US.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing and business intelligence tools.
Ability to develop creative and inclusive marketing campaigns.
Distinct advantage if experienced in a start-up environment and/or the insurance industry.
Ability to set up systems from scratch and take a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Manage and optimize social media channels to reach a broader and more inclusive audience.
Implement and oversee online sales initiatives to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Analyze marketing performance metrics to refine and enhance digital strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Set up marketing systems from scratch, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Work hands-on in a start-up environment, taking on multiple tasks as needed.
