Marketing Support Specialist

The Marketing Support Specialist (MSS) will work closely with the existing Ford Tech Placement marketing team. The Marketing Support Specialist will deliver high quality, complex and timely materials, work products, reports, and presentations to support various marketing initiatives. The MSM will work closely with the Program Management to assist with the development, implementation, and ongoing marketing support to achieve the program goals.

Responsibilities

  • Creating marketing tools for the TPS's to use at events
  • Producing marketing templates, email drafts, and program emails for team use daily and as needed.
  • Developing and producing program print materials, including fliers and posters
  • Assist with the development and implementation of email nurturing campaigns and marketing activities for specific and/or special events for current and future needs.
  • Track, report and monitor results of marketing activities.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication through digital analytics.
  • Provide analytical support of actual results against budget and feasibility of proposed business strategies.
  • Create content using Canva and Adobe Suite
  • Writing and producing copy for print and digital channels and email campaigns
  • Utilizing email marketing platforms including Pardot, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Bit.ly
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for training purposes as required
  • Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales.
  • Identifying new markets and creating a plan to enter markets.
  • Partnering with product development teams to estimate product demand.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent work experience
  • 5 + years of relevant marketing experience
  • Proficiency with various marketing tools including Pardot, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Canva, Adobe Suite
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience with marketing automation and digital design.
  • Must have accomplished copywriting skills (samples highly encouraged for consideration)
  • Must have working knowledge of various email marketing platforms identified above.
  • Experience working within the platform, marketing automation.
  • Demonstrated digital design skills and experience.
  • Requires ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and be comfortable dealing with changing priorities and timelines.
  • Must be able to understand data and transform it into analytics, often in the absence of documentation, through data profiling, interviews, and reverse-engineering.
  • Must be a motivated initiative-taker who can work independently, but also seek out opportunities to work collaboratively with others.
  • Must have hands-on experience designing and implementing new materials and campaigns.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working directly with senior business leaders to understand objectives and articulate the value of business intelligence solutions.
  • Requires ability to interact with User Community to gather requirements and transform it into requirement document.
