THE ROLE:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and services. This position works closely with the Pacific Northwest sales team in Bellevue, WA to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to win new projects. Additionally, will be responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns and managing project timelines.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

Branding & Strategy Support
  • Brand ambassador and guardian for the division
  • Participant and division representation on National Marketing Committee
  • Marketing strategy development for reaching annual ops plan goals
  • Work with third party agencies on creative, digital and pr to represent the division on generating ideas, and identifying needs gaining approvals
TJH Sales Support
  • Active participation in weekly sales meetings
  • Complete and distribute the sales hot sheets
  • Complete and update the sales templates and email list development to be current and active
  • Oversee the Pardot sales templates to be used in communication to buyers and agents
  • Oversee the TJH swag collateral on inventory, distribution, and tracking
Signage
  • Supervise the branded fence wrap, neighborhood pledge and jobsite rules sign inventory, installation, and removal management
  • Organize signage approval, updates, scheduling & removal (4x6, model ID)
  • Direct model ID signs and door mat inventory, installation, and removal process
  • Organize agent sign installation
Social Media & Electronic Outreach
  • Using Canva create digital templates for eblasts, social media posts, stories, and reels
  • Schedule email outreach and social media posts in Sprout and Pardot
  • Assist with producing content for social media, direct mail campaigns, and eblasts
  • Edit and distribute weekly hot sheet to distribution list
Realtor Relations and Deliverables
  • Distribute Agent flyers, hot sheets, and marketing materials
  • Control and manage Agent information management in salesforce (updating as needed, making sure marketing materials match)
  • Act as point of contact and Agent concierge
  • Provide Agent welcome letter upon listing agreement
  • Facilitate Agent training - Features & Benefits of owning a TJH home
Listing Management
  • Provide floorplans for staging to vendor/partner
  • Order and manage development of VR, pre-listing materials, renderings, photography, MLS spreadsheets
  • Audit MLS, Zillow, Redfin listings for accuracy, placement, and currency
  • Oversee Market Maintenance (cleaning and landscaping)
  • Provide open house box & kick off materials
  • Weekly update reports
Events
  • Plan and lead event planning and coordination
  • Create digital event development and execution
  • Coordinate all Realtor Events
  • Oversee Evites to distribute, track, and communicate
  • Develop Webinar/Web presentations
  • Create Eblast design and gain approvals
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, and/or communications with experience in real estate
  • At least two to five years of marketing experience demonstrated in the residential construction industry, preferably for a custom home builder
  • Computer proficient and able to learn new programs quickly. Salesforce experience helpful.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle a multitude of projects simultaneously.
  • Financial and budget management proficiency
