Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our sales professionals and clients by developing marketing materials, coordinating initiatives, and managing various aspects of corporate transaction services, including market research, lease abstracts, and site selection assistance. The ideal candidate will provide creative and strategic input, ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives and brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a variety of marketing materials (graphics, mapping, flyers, banners, digital/print ads, proposals, tour books, and offering memorandums).
  • Manage and coordinate property marketing campaigns, maintaining consistent messaging across digital and print platforms.
  • Collaborate with brokerage teams to strategize, prepare, and deliver high-profile client proposals and presentations.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, serving as the main point of contact for property marketing assignments.
  • Work with external vendors and internal design teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to support business development.
  • Maintain and update company website, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, email campaigns, and social media content to promote listings and brand awareness.
  • Manage content updates for company databases, including property listings, team bios, and news.
  • Assist with the preparation of real estate documents (proposals, representation agreements, lease amendments, etc.).
  • Create and distribute quarterly market and submarket reports.
  • Ensure brand consistency by applying corporate templates and developing new ones as needed.
  • Provide general office support, attend weekly broker meetings, and participate in the shared support team.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and email marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact).
  • Collaborative, client-service oriented, and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with property marketing or real estate services.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and digital marketing analytics.
  • Basic understanding of WordPress for website management.
