LHH is seeking a Marketing Salesforce Developer with a solid understanding of all facets of developing software on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience working both as an administrator and a platform developer.
Responsibilities:
- The Developer is responsible for managing all aspects of (SFDC), including configuration, customization, and implementation of applications and third-party integrations.
- Assist in identifying and solving business challenges and objectives.
- Work with DevOps practices.
- Apply problem-solving, interpersonal, and time management skills to handle high-pressure, complex situations effectively.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients and customers.
- Collaborate with the Demand Generation Manager on new processes to support the growth team
- Own the technical maintenance of Salesforce, Pardot and Marketing Cloud
- Assist in the set-up of reporting for the growth team
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience preferred
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce products such as Salesforce CRM/Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud etc.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using web-based API technologies and tools like MuleSoft
- At least 1 year of Salesforce DX development experience.
- Over 4 years of experience in developing successful Salesforce solutions.
- Knowledge of web development such as JavaScript, CSS Bootstrap, HTML, CSS
- Experience with declarative and programming aspects of the Salesforce Platform.
- Knowledge of the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
