JOB SUMMARY
Our Rep Services team needs a Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. We're looking for the best and brightest talent in the industry and a professional who understands the value of results-driven customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for client communications & incoming calls directing to appropriate departments, including taking briefs, conducting brainstorming sessions, communicating results of campaigns and processing complaints or concerns. He or she will assist with the management on the administrative side of our Sales Systems and provide onboarding to SkyMed Representatives. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Manage and oversee all onboarding systems for new SkyMed Representatives profiles.
Oversee Rep Statuses and certifications.
Coordinate activities as designated by the Rep Services VP
Coordinate SharePoint maintenance- ensure that new and consistent information (article links, stories, and events) is posted regularly.
Assist in projects developed by the SkyMed Marketing Team
Become familiar with all SkyMed products, policies and accounts, including Rep Services systems regarding Network of Partners and Rallies
Communicate with members and representatives about campaign direction, deliverables and next steps.
Cross train to be able to manipulate internal SkyMed Store
Record all transactions relating to client shipments, payments and budgets.
Set goals for New Rep department.
Communicate with the creative, accounting and management departments of the business.
Monitor Rep Service email and other communication systems to ensure fast responses to clients and reps.
Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Communications or related field preferred
Experience working with public relations professionals a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic accounting skills a plus
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Experience with SharePoint, preferred.
Some knowledge of Google Drive
Willing to execute day-to-day tasks and work independently.
Good entrepreneurial work ethic and a desire to "get the job done."
Willingness to share own ideas, even amongst senior staff and board members
Ability to prioritize and follow through effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000 /year
