SUMMARY: Under general direction, performs a variety of technical and support services needed for sales execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
  • Assist in communication, execution, and tracking of multi-channel sales campaigns.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in the development of detailed sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure goal alignment.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitive activity.
  • Use data analytic tools to gather insights into customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and sales efforts.
  • Work on current marketing projects such as sales sheets, promotions, advertising display strategies, and all aspects involved with new product launches.
  • Ensure new products that are preparing to launch are processed through the New Product Launch Sequence for successful "Day One-Minute One" execution by the sales force.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team regarding the delivery of POS to the five branches.
  • Assist in tracking incentive and distributing prizes.
  • Utilize reporting tools and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Follow specific company guidelines regarding pricing structures related to specific customer accounts, with the ability to understand and identify customer requirements.
  • Ability to explain and interpret Customer Marking Agreement and other programs to customer and sales team.
  • Create correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by position.
  • Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem solving, and appropriate follow-up.
  • Communicate account activities to designated parties.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.

COMPETENCIES: Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, competent computer skills in use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with ability to create spreadsheets for analysis and tracking of various information. Negotiation skills are a must for conflict resolution. Demonstrated management and organizational skills.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Education and/or Experience: Associate's Degree preferred with two (2) years' work experience in a sales and/or marketing position.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies, compliance guidelines, financial reports, and other legal documents. Ability to present information to the management team.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Must be able to compute rate, ratio and percentage; with the ability to develop and interpret graphs used for presentations or reports.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions supplied in both written and verbal format.
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None.
  • Other Skills and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data and generate insights to optimize sales performance. Highly organized with strong project management skills. Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of sales trends. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Other Qualifications: Valid driver's license, current liability insurance, and driving record within MVR policy standards.

TRAVEL REQUIRED: Occasional local travel.
