Here's what you'll be doing:

Lead Generation:

Attend trade shows and visit with local businesses to proactively prospect for new customers. Collect data and build our CRM software through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods to identify and connect with potential customers.

Customer Engagement:

Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their needs, providing product information, and addressing concerns. Connect with our current customer base and survey our strengths and future opportunities with them.

Sales Presentations & Marketing Platforms:

Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase product features and benefits, highlighting how they solve customer problems. Ensure that our products and services are consistent and current across a variety of social media and advertising platforms.

Negotiation and Closing:

Relying on current market prices and emerging trends, effectively negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Account Management:

Manage both our Toll and Direct Sales accounts by tracking their activity, monitoring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Market Knowledge:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies. Attend conferences and trade shows where our products are showcased and ensure we are relevant and timely with our line of products and services.

Sales Reporting:

Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including activity logs, pipeline updates, and forecasts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients

• Strong sales acumen, including lead generation, qualification, and closing techniques

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations

• In-depth product knowledge and understanding of the competitive landscape

• Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer data and sales pipeline

• Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges during the sales process

• Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and a busy sales cycle

• Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time

Required Minimum Experience:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience with Outside Sales, Culinary Arts or Marketing & Branding preferred

Valid Driver's License
