Moldaw Residences is recruiting for a hospitality focused Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting in developing and implementing marketing and sales program to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue levels are achieved for the Community
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Marketing & Sales Coordinator: - Answer and directs incoming phone calls and manages the lead distribution system. Capture key data on inquiries and log into lead management software within 48 hours of inquiry so all inquiries are documented. All existing inquiries in the software system need to have "next steps" scheduled to maintain constant contact.
- Helps plan and implements all elements associated with marketing events within the approved budget.
- Prepares and updates marketing and sales reports. Compile a weekly marketing report for delivery to corporate on inquiries, tours, move-ins, move-outs, and outreach for each week.
- Responsible for maintenance of marketing systems, including C3 Leads and C3 LinC, and capable of producing data results and system generated reports.
- Manages the office by tracking inventory and ordering office supplies, collateral, and other printed materials within the approve budget.
- Updates the community website and manages other digital responsibilities as assigned including taking an active role in the community social media strategy.
- Provides administrative support to the Marketing & Sales Director, Residency Counselor, the Business Office, and the Executive Team as requested.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: - Associate's degree with emphasis in marketing/sales preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in marketing and sales and/or knowledge of senior living industry
- Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to communicate and present in person, in writing, and on the telephone effectively in English. Must be an effective presenter with both large and small groups.
- Skill in use of computer software including MS-Word. Graphic design proficiency a plus.
- Must be able to generate a warm, friendly and caring manner on first impression.
- Must be familiar with and adhere to guidelines related to the Fair Housing Act (FHA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations in all aspects of the position, including sales presentations and marketing materials.

Pay: $25-$27.50 (DOE) Plus bonus
