Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our West Palm Beach team. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience supporting both marketing initiatives and in-store sales operations. The ideal candidate will work directly with the Marketing Director and Sales Associates to assist with digital marketing efforts and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule content for company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Assist with writing blogs, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
Track and report on key marketing performance metrics.
Capture and organize visual content (photos/videos) for promotional use.
Collaborate on brand development and campaign planning.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Greet and assist customers in the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and enhance customer engagement.
Answer and route incoming calls; provide product or service information.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, data entry, and lead follow-up. Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred (or currently pursuing).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with major social media platforms.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Positive, customer-focused attitude and professional presentation.
Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
