Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will play a critical role in managing multiple workstreams related to our customer programs, ensuring a seamless experience for both our clients and their customers. Key Responsibilities - Sales & Marketing Engagement: Qualify potential customers and engage in sales opportunities on behalf of our clients to drive results.
- Drive Process Improvement: Work cross-functionally to identify trends and implement strategies to improve the customer experience.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
- Team Leadership & Development: Coach and mentor Customer Service Representatives, focusing on product knowledge, company policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
- Training & Communication: Lead team meetings, provide one-on-one coaching, communicate policy updates, and ensure ongoing development and improvement within the team.
- Escalation Management: Manage escalated customer issues, providing timely and effective support for customer interactions.
