This role is crucial in supporting the Marketing Operations Sr. Manager and ensuring smooth team operations, project management, and general support across the Marketing Team. You'll work with Client Solutions, Brand Marketing, and Growth Marketing teams to streamline processes and contribute to the continued growth and success.Responsibilities:Support the Sr. Manager in wide-scope project management.Own note-taking and action planning for meetings.Develop and communicate solutions to improve team efficiencies.Gather facts and understand workflows across the organization.Gather learnings from pilots and iterate on processes using an agile model.Partner with stakeholders to streamline workflows.Support general administrative tasks;Ensure teams utilize project management tools effectively.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in project management, team operations, and process mapping within a marketing organization.Experience with Workfront is required.Skills: If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for process improvement and a proven track record in marketing operations, we encourage you to apply.
