About the RoleWe're looking for a proactive communicator and problem-solver who's passionate about streamlining processes and ensuring marketing initiatives run smoothly from start to finish. This role is essential in coordinating internal workflows, managing deadlines, and supporting collaboration between teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Be the go-to for managing project timelines, schedules, and task assignments using project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, or JIRA.
- Coordinate day-to-day marketing workflow, balancing priorities based on team capacity, deadlines, and business goals.
- Serve as a key liaison between the Marketing team, Legal/Compliance, department leaders, and external vendors to keep everyone aligned and informed.
- Monitor and manage Helpdesk tickets and branch marketing requests-ensuring every deliverable reflects our brand and values.
- Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure marketing materials meet all regulatory standards before going live.
What We're Looking For- A Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in marketing project coordination, marketing operations, or project management.
- Experience with project management platforms (Asana, ClickUp, JIRA, or similar tools).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a natural ability to bring structure to chaos.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
