As we expand, we are looking for a Marketing & Project Coordinator to support marketing initiatives, digital strategy, and project execution . This individual will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, coordinating strategic initiatives, and engaging stakeholders across our network .
Your Role
This position focuses on developing and executing marketing campaigns while supporting business operations and project execution .
You'll be responsible for executing digital marketing initiatives, managing paid and organic campaigns, and optimizing Impact Marketplace's online presence to drive the best results possible. You will work closely with our leadership team, project managers, and external partners to ensure that marketing and strategic projects align with business objectives .
You'll be empowered to perform audience research, adjust marketing strategies, provide insights, and develop new campaign ideas based on data-driven decisions. Additionally, you'll support project coordination efforts, such as assisting with NMTC applications, investor pitch materials, and stakeholder communication .
What That Looks Like
• Marketing & Paid Media Campaign Management : Plan, test, implement, and measure multi-channel campaigns, including paid search and paid social (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook) to drive engagement and business growth.
• Website & Content Management : Manage and update the company website (Wix, WordPress, or similar), including creating landing pages, publishing blog content, optimizing SEO, and ensuring a seamless user experience .
• Audience Research & Strategy : Perform market and audience research to refine targeting, messaging, and positioning of Impact Marketplace.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting : Analyze campaign performance, provide data-driven insights , and recommend adjustments to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Project Coordination & Business Development Support : Assist in NMTC applications, investor presentations, and grant documentation while ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders.
• Operational & Administrative Support : Help organize meetings, prepare presentations, and track deadlines for ongoing projects. Putting Your Role Into Perspective
You'll work closely with Impact Marketplace's leadership team, project managers, and external partners . Together, you'll lead advertising campaigns, brand strategy, and project execution efforts that support business growth and mission-driven impact.
Some travel may be required for industry events, investor meetings, and client engagements.
Within Three Months, You'll
Complete onboarding and training, gaining a deep understanding of Impact Marketplace's mission and processes.
Meet with leadership and key partners to understand business goals.
Begin managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns .
Assist with website updates, content development, and branding initiatives.
Support project coordination efforts, including investor and NMTC documentation.
Within Six Months, You'll
Take full ownership of marketing strategy and campaign execution .
Successfully manage digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms .
Develop audience insights and propose new campaign strategies.
Assist with refining business development materials, including investor decks and stakeholder reports.
Build strong relationships with team members, partners, and clients .
Within One Year, You'll
Be a key strategic voice in Impact Marketplace's marketing and project coordination efforts.
Have built a strong track record of successful campaigns and business development support .
Contribute to major projects and funding initiatives , such as NMTC deals and grant opportunities.
Be an expert in Impact Marketplace's branding, marketing, and operational processes .
The Person We're Looking For
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and content strategy .
• Experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager .
• Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, SEMRush) and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, ).
• Familiarity with website management (Wix, WordPress) and SEO best practices .
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills .
• Ability to analyze data, track campaign performance, and adjust strategies based on insights .
• A passion for impact investing, economic development, and social entrepreneurship is a plus. The Team
