Title: Associate Analyst, Project Management

Our team is the US marketing team for the advanced patient monitoring business unit - we create commercial strategies, sales tools, and marketing materials to launch innovative AI-powered sensing technologies in the healthcare space.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Strong knowledge of marketing concepts and principles.
- Proven expertise in the MS Office Suite, presentation development skills are a plus.
- Experience working in the Medical/Healthcare industry.
- Knowledge and understanding in tracking and interpreting market share, pricing, ASPs, and competitive dynamics.
- Specific technology/software: Microsoft Office suite is a must, Copilot, generative AI is a plus, and Tableau is a plus.
- Ideal candidate: They must be able to work well with a range of people, be a self-starter, and be detail-oriented.
- Must-haves: Excel skills, PowerPoint development, and project tracking.
- Nice to have skills: Tableau and dashboard creation.
Job Responsibilities
Interfacing with a fun US marketing team (generally on-site unless traveling for business) -lots of simultaneous projects to work on
- Develop and execute the production of marketing and product training materials
- Work closely with Product/Brand managers to develop product materials and programs that support product launch and commercialization strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop marketing messages based on regional strategies
- Manage sales enablement tools, digital warehouse of literature and assets
- Project management and tracking of commercial projects and execution of commercial projects involving detailed account tracking
- Manage the product samples/marketing collateral forecasting, storage, distribution
