Job Title: Marketing Project Analyst (Product launch)

Pay Rate: $34 to $37.19/Hr

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite in a Week, 2 Days Remote)

Our Client is a Global medical device Manufacturer.


We are looking for a Product Marketing Analyst


Our team is the US marketing team for the advanced patient monitoring business unit - we create commercial strategies, sales tools, and marketing materials to launch innovative AI-powered sensing technologies in the healthcare space. Applicant must be able to work well with a range of people, be a self-starter, and be detail-oriented.


  • Develop and execute the production of marketing and product training materials
  • Work closely with Product/Brand managers to develop product materials and programs that support product launch and commercialization strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing messages based on regional strategies
  • Manage sales enablement tools, digital warehouse of literature, and assets
  • Project management and tracking of commercial projects, and execution of commercial projects involving detailed account tracking
  • Manage the product samples/marketing collateral forecasting, storage, and distribution

Requirements:

  • An individual must be detail-oriented
  • Proven expertise in the MS Office Suite (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel), presentation development skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Experience working in sales, marketing, or the healthcare industry is highly preferred & will make the applicant stand out.
  • Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of tracking and interpreting market share, pricing, ASPs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Nice to have: Tableau and dashboard creation, copilot, and generative AI.
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment with the global marketing team and cross-functional partners
  • Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental
  • Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of the environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
