Core Responsibilities

1. Multi-Channel Campaigns & Digital Marketing

  • Execute integrated campaigns across email, social, web, and paid media
  • Grow and manage Company social media aligned with marketing goals
  • Build and optimize email marketing via HubSpot

2. Content Development & Brand Strategy

  • Create engaging, audience-specific content across platforms
  • Maintain and enhance the website with a user-centric approach
  • Support digital advertising and paid media in collaboration with agencies

3. Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track and analyze KPIs using HubSpot and Google Analytics
  • Refine messaging and tactics based on data, trends, and market insights
  • Drive lead generation and boost brand visibility

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Management and external agencies to support product launches and marketing collateral

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3-7 years in marketing, digital strategy, or content marketing
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Comfortable working across sales, product, and regulatory teams

Preferred:

  • Experience with corporate social media and email marketing
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and paid media
  • Background in B2B, OEM, or medical device marketing (a plus)
