Purpose
The Marketing Product Manager will support the Marketing and R&D teams in launching new product lines, acting as a key driver in the development and execution of marketing strategies. This role will serve as the voice of the business, setting the marketing vision, developing project plans, and creating product solutions. Through close collaboration with cross-functional departments, the Marketing Product Manager will ensure that marketing efforts align with the organization's strategy and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide product development, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations
- Develop a deep understanding of industry trends to craft messaging, campaigns, collateral, and training materials that support both product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives
- Lead sustaining projects for assigned product lines, including lifecycle management, product updates, and regulatory compliance
- Assist with managing communications for social media strategies, public events, and other external engagements
- Build relationships and coordinate meetings with key stakeholders to align efforts with the organization's strategic initiatives
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, working closely with the Vice President of Marketing and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Contribute to planning new company initiatives, such as launching new product ideas based on current and anticipated market trends
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and performance metrics
- Analyze customer feedback and client insights to identify potential product improvements
- Manage communications surrounding the lifecycle of Tiger Wound Care's portfolio
- Travel domestically up to 15% to attend offsite meetings, conferences, and support business initiatives
- Start job responsibilities punctually and ensure consistent presence throughout the entire shift to complete responsibilities properly and attend all scheduled meetings and appointments
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends, as necessary, to meet operational needs and ensure business continuity
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a relevant science field, required
- Bachelor's degree may be substituted to meet up to 4 years of experience requirements
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in the medical devices and/or allografts field (wound care experience is preferred)
- Experience with project completion from start to finish
- Clearance of favorable background investigation required
