Job Title:Marketing Operations Specialist
Location: Remote, United States
Duration: 7 month contract, 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate:$40.00-$45.00/hr
Responsibilities:
• Provide governance and process support to the Automation Platform team, empowering marketers to use Marketo effectively.
• Plan and manage operational initiatives for stakeholders across North America, Europe, and the APAC region.
• Track and analyze all lead generation activities, ensuring accurate ROI reporting.
• Build and refine workflow processes to support timely and efficient campaign execution.
• Respond to cross-functional inbound requests related to lead capture, program setup, and audience targeting.
• Assist the Automation Platform team in creating scalable, template-based programs optimized for efficiency and global application.
• Design and implement strategies to monitor the lead pool proactively, enabling early detection of trends and anomalies.
• Partner with Sales Operations to maintain Marketo and Salesforce API performance, manage field creation, and resolve system issues.
• Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to establish consistent tracking, attribution, and reporting across global markets.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of marketing experience in a Marketing Operations role.
• Experience with Marketo or equivalent platform and Salesforce.
• Keen attention to detail with a background in auditing and quality assurance of high-traffic programs.
• Solid grasp of inbound marketing channels, lead funnel optimization, audience segmentation, attribution modeling, and performance measurement.
• Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities to craft targeted strategies and translate data into actionable insights.
• Knowledgeable in regulatory compliance, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA guidelines.
