Your Role The B2B Growth team develops strategies for B2B commercial acquisition, retention and go-to-market initiatives to support sales enablement. The Marketing Operations Specialist, Consultant - Commercial will report to the Senior Manager, B2B Growth. In this role you will manage intake support of marketing initiatives including project management across the B2B Growth team.
Your Knowledge and Experience - Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience, including marketing
- Requires experience in project management leveraging tools like Workfront, Smartsheet, and JIRA
- Requires strong business acumen with critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making expertise in collaboration with creative teams, project partners and internal customers
- Knowledge of health plans and insurance products and services desired
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices including product launch and promotion desired
- Experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement and go-to-market launches highly desired
- Embraces change, exemplifies agile principles, embodies a continuous improvement mindset, anticipating business needs while being flexible with shifting priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently develop and implement project plans
