SUMMARY: Under guidance from the Manager, Marketing Operations, the Marketing Operations Specialist will support the marketing and sales teams by developing and managing project plans, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of marketing projects, and assisting the marketing team with sprint planning. The ideal candidate will be experienced in marketing campaign and/or project management, managing stakeholder relationships, and planning, and understand marketing technology, including CRM and CMS solutions. The incumbent should be comfortable communicating at various levels of the organization and collaborating cross-functionally.
This is a remote position.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to, the following; Provide marketing operations support, including project management, reporting, content development, vendor management, database updating, and requirements gathering.
Develop project plans for marketing campaigns and promotions; work with key stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
Organize creative brainstorms, marketing project kickoffs, etc.; maintain marketing collaboration and project management platform, shared drive, etc.
Act as marketing representative in enterprise projects.
Assist with discovery on marketing projects including CRM and website enhancements; develop and document requirements as needed.
Ensure CRM is updated with service events, call lists, etc.
Assist with compiling monthly reporting.
Participate in marketing sprint planning.
Work with Marketing Strategy Manager and Marketing Automation Manager to document requirements for lists, database updates, and similar.
Documents processes and procedures for the marketing department.
Assists with audits, as needed.
Assist with operational tasks including printing, mailing, coordinating demos, etc., as needed.
