Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Operations Project Manager and play a crucial role in streamlining team operations, managing key projects, and providing essential support throughout the marketing department. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams, such as Client Solutions, Brand Marketing, and Growth Marketing, to develop strategic solutions that empower partners and boost supplier investment in media.

This role offers a 3-month contract with a potential extension, located in San Bruno, CA, and requires on-site presence 5 days a week. Onward Search also provides fantastic benefits for a 40-hour work week along with weekly paychecks (W2) for the duration of the contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations with managing a plethora of projects effectively.
  • Take ownership of meeting documentation and action planning to ensure clear communication.
  • Develop and disseminate strategies aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies across the team.
  • Gather insights and gain a clear understanding of workflows across the organization.
  • Learn from pilot projects and adopt agile methodologies to refine processes.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders in client solutions and omni teams to optimize operations.
  • Support general administrative tasks for the team as required.
  • Ensure the effective use of the new project management tool.
  • Concentrate on the Brand team's initiatives, particularly in Rebranding Phase 2, Value Proposition, and Site Redesign projects.
  • Provide operational support by tracking all Brand projects in Workfront and developing a comprehensive execution roadmap.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, team operations, and process mapping within a marketing context.
  • Proficient in change management and developing impactful presentations.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Able to set and communicate clear expectations effectively.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Passionate about optimizing processes and utilizing agile working models.
  • Experienced in managing complex timelines involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Workfront and project management methodologies.
  • Exhibits high emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to various environments.
  • A background in email and brand marketing project management is a plus.
