Description Your Story:
EX.CO is seeking a highly organized and proactive
Marketing Operations Manager to help our lean, high-performing team run smoothly and efficiently. This role is the engine behind our execution-driving faster go-to-market, removing bottlenecks, and ensuring every campaign stays on track and on brand.
You'll support all areas of the marketing team and do everything from manage HubSpot workflows, update WordPress pages, coordinate image creation, and more-from content and design to paid media and events. Whether it's writing a creative brief, tracking down an asset, or jumping into Canva to create one, you'll do what it takes to keep things moving.
If you love bringing structure to chaos, improving processes, and being the teammate everyone can count on, we'd love to hear from you.
Our Story:
At the heart of every digital revolution, there's a story. Ours began in 2012 with a bold vision: to empower media owners with smarter video technology that drives real revenue.
Today, EX.CO offers AI-powered solutions across the video ecosystem-an all-in-one online video platform for content management, monetization, and contextual video recommendations, plus a cutting-edge ad server built for CTV and DOOH, fueled by advanced machine learning.
We're trusted by leading media groups including Advance Local, Gannett, The Arena Group, Hearst Newspapers, and News Corp, helping them engage audiences and grow revenue at scale. Backed by The Walt Disney Company, Saban Ventures, Viola Group, 83North, and Firstime Ventures, our global team is united by a shared drive to shape the future of video.
At EX.CO, we're reimagining what video can do-and we're just getting started. Ready to help us write the next chapter?
What You'll Do:
- Act as the operational backbone of the marketing team-removing roadblocks, connecting the dots, and enabling every function to ensure the marketing machine runs smoothly and that team members are able to execute at a higher level.
- Set up and manage email workflows, employee advocacy campaigns, and newsletters with proper UTM tracking.
- Execute updates across HubSpot and ensure CRM data integrity for accurate segmentation and personalization.
- Oversee all image needs and formatting across campaigns, blog posts, awards, and other marketing content. Write creative briefs and coordinate with designers-or create quick-turn assets in Canva (e.g., quote cards, event promos).
- Manage website updates in WordPress, including case studies, press pages, award wins, partner logos, and more. Collaborate with developers, copywriters, and designers to ensure timely delivery of content and site updates.
- Build and publish blog posts and landing pages for content and events in HubSpot, including internal linking and glossary integration.
- Support end-to-end event execution-from venue sourcing and planning decks to swag logistics, reservations, and post-event ROI analysis-to ensure high-impact, well-branded experiences.
- Own the full award submission process: entry forms, payments, receipt tracking, trophy coordination, and logo licensing.
- Track invoices, upload receipts, and help manage the marketing budget tracker (freelancers, events, vendors).
- Manage calendar invites and timelines for newsletters, campaign deadlines, reports, and events.
- Build slides and compile updates for monthly reporting and executive visibility.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline recurring workflows.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or digital marketing support
- Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude-you're the kind of person who catches what others miss and steps in before being asked
- Proficiency in HubSpot (landing pages, email workflows, blogs, forms, and basic HTML/CSS) and WordPress (content updates, formatting, image sizing)
- Hands-on experience with Canva or similar tools for fast-turn creative asset development
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Clear communicator and dependable problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bonus points for experience with CRM segmentation, budget tracking, vendor coordination, or managing award submissions
