We are expanding our portfolio and are looking to bring on a Marketing Operations Manager to be a part of our growth.
Job Description:
The Marketing Operations Manager is a crucial, new position within Outrig, that will lead the execution of Outrig's sales and marketing operations. This position requires adaptability and a mix of creative, analytical, and communication skills. This person will work cross functionally across sales, marketing, finance, customer service, and operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Email marketing : Develop and execute email marketing calendars across Storage and Service businesses, track performance metrics and refine based on insights
- Customer Communication : Lead all customer communication distribution, including ad hoc emails and campaigns, satisfaction surveys, etc.
- Process Improvement : Identify areas for improvement across marketing and sales process and implement changes; continually monitor and optimize customer journey to simplify experience
- CRM System : Build and deploy an initial customer database and move to CRM system across both business units; continually maintain once deployed
- Marketing Administration : Manage marketing admin / operations related areas (e.g., phone system management, vendor management)
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze revenue data, identifying trends and patterns, and creating reports to provide insights
Preferred qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in business operations or sales operations with a demonstrated history of improving productivity by providing data-driven insights for strategic planning and enablement
- Proficiency in CRM systems best practices and tools
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Adaptable, quick learner who is self-motivated and eager to grow
- Experience with data visualization preferred but not required
