We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager with proven experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. This role is responsible for optimizing our digital marketing ecosystem, managing campaign execution, and ensuring the efficient use of platforms, tools, and analytics to drive growth and ROI across digital channels.


  • Intake, prioritize, and manage marketing project requests, ensuring alignment on objectives, scope, and deadlines across stakeholders.
  • Oversee campaign execution from planning through delivery, maintaining detailed schedules, tracking milestones, and keeping key stakeholders informed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all marketing project inquiries and communications, providing regular status updates and managing expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate asset development, review promotional calendars, and ensure timely execution.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to review progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose workflow improvements.
  • Continuously assess and improve project management processes using tools like , Asana, or Workfront-building dashboards and tracking systems to enhance visibility and accountability.
  • Lead monthly performance review routines with internal stakeholders and partners, owning and evolving templates, reporting frameworks, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline marketing operations and optimize cross-functional collaboration.
  • Monitor and manage team resource allocation, ensuring projects are staffed appropriately and budgets are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project or operations management, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods or marketing agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows and campaign execution processes.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Expertise in project management platforms such as , Asana, or Workfront, with the ability to design and manage dashboards and tracking systems.
