Marketing Operations Specialist
Location: Philadelphia, PA (hybrid; 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Duration: Contract until 12/31/25
Pay rate: $26-$31/hr
The Marketing Operations Specialist will work across the Marketing department teams including Advertising, Creative, Production, Retail and Partnerships as well as other groups within our company to advance ways of working. This role will contribute to projects performed in partnership between internal and external business stakeholders to drive operational excellence. Responsible for coordinating timelines for large scale solutions as well as being the primary point of contact for delivery and communications of smaller initiatives, this is an important role to ensure internal teams and suppliers have the ability to work efficiently.
Core Responsibilities:
- Contribute to identification of opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes.
- Provide oversight and act as an escalation point on various tools and processes.
- Develop and maintain solutions including documentation on process flows, instruction manuals and trainings.
- Maintain tracking of current and pending projects.
- Act as a project manager to create, prepare, review timelines and status reports for ongoing projects.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
Skills Required:
- Exemplify creative problem-solving abilities
- Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
- Strong PC skills with proficiency in Excel and Word, and experience in other Microsoft Office applications
- Workfront, Smartsheet and Sharepoint experience required
- Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team
- Exemplify a strong attention to detail
- Previous experience working with Marketing technology tools is strongly preferred
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Capable of professionally managing confidential information
