Marketing Manager - PCW Content Strategy Highlights
- The pay for this position is $45.77 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM ET
- Remote position (Hybrid preferred if local to a CVS office)
- This position is a 3-month contract, with potential to extend
- Flexible scheduling available; part-time candidates may be considered
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of content briefs and calendars for owned channels
- Collaborate with internal teams (Digital, Creative, Clinical, Legal) and external partners (media, publishers, influencers) to deliver content assets
- Ensure all content aligns with brand, compliance, and accessibility standards
- Participate in content governance to maintain consistency across channels
- Coordinate with Marketing, Digital, Creative, and Compliance stakeholders to ensure timely content delivery
- Manage documentation and assist with project management to keep content initiatives on track
- Monitor content performance and lead monthly reporting processes
- Identify opportunities for content optimization using performance data and audience insights
- Assist with testing new content formats and gathering stakeholder feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing or digital marketing
- Familiarity with multi-channel content strategies (web, social, paid media)
- Strong experience collaborating with creative teams and external agencies
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience using data insights to drive marketing strategy and improvements
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Target, and AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
- Knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, SEO Clarity, Google Search Console)
- Familiarity with AI-driven content tools or marketing automation platforms
- Experience in highly regulated industries is a plus
- Previous experience working within matrixed organizations and handling multiple stakeholder needs
