As we scale, we're looking for a resourceful, organized, and execution-focused Marketing Manager to oversee and align all marketing touchpoints across the business.
Position Summary: The Marketing Manager will be the central hub for campaign planning and execution, owning our full-funnel marketing calendar and ensuring consistent messaging across email, SMS, paid media, influencer collaborations, and on-site promotions. This person will collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, creative, operations, and executive teams) and external agency partners to bring marketing initiatives to life, from concept to conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the marketing calendar across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Email, SMS, Shopify, etc.)
- Coordinate launches, flash sales, influencer campaigns, and seasonal promotions with internal and external teams
- Manage cross-functional communication between creative, R&D, operations, and customer support to ensure marketing alignment
- Brief and manage web development requests, including pixel installations, promo banners, landing pages, and tracking needs
- Support influencer and affiliate marketing efforts by coordinating timelines, assets, and promotional codes
- Track campaign performance in collaboration with the retention and paid media agencies-gather insights, optimize strategies
- Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints
- Support marketing ops including promotion setup in Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other DTC channels
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing manager or coordinator-level role within DTC or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of Shopify, TikTok Shop, Klaviyo, and Meta Ads Manager
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through-can manage multiple moving parts and hit deadlines
- Experience working with creative, tech, and agency partners
- Proficient in Google Workspace, and project tracking tools
- Resourceful and self-sufficient-you can troubleshoot and push projects forward without constant oversight
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in the beauty, haircare, or wellness industries
- Hands-on campaign execution experience (email setup, SMS sends, promo uploads, etc.)
- A love for data and creative-comfortable with both metrics and messaging
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
