Marketing Manager (On-Site)
Location: Diamond Mowers Headquarters
Reports To: Director of Marketing

Diamond Mowers is looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, drive strategic marketing initiatives, and oversee agency partnerships. This on-site role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building structure, empowering people, and aligning marketing execution with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and grow an on-site marketing team, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and performance-driven culture.
  • Set clear objectives, delegate responsibilities, and manage day-to-day workflow to ensure timely, high-quality output across all marketing functions.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development to team members, cultivating future leaders and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead regular performance reviews, goal setting, and one-on-one coaching to build team capability.
Strategic Planning & Oversight
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to shape and execute a strategic marketing roadmap that supports business growth and brand positioning.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, SEO, CRO, and website performance.
  • Establish KPIs and implement performance tracking across marketing channels, using data insights to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
Project & Agency Management
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Oversee the prioritization and execution of multiple marketing projects, balancing long-term strategic goals with short-term operational needs.
  • Drive process improvements and implement scalable systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the marketing function.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, product, and executive leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Communicate strategies, results, and priorities clearly to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated success leading marketing teams, managing performance, and driving accountability.
  • Proven experience overseeing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid media, CRO, and website management.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, and Hotjar.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a focus on execution.
Location and Hours:

Location: Cherokee St.

Hours: 8:00-5:00

Days of Shift: Monday-Friday
