T-Mobile Marketing Platform Consultant (Salesforce)

Title: Marketing Platform Consultant

Location: Overland Park, KS onsite

Salary: $110k-150k


Must Haves:

  • Expertise in Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce: Proven ability to build emails, journeys, and backend logic.
  • Pardot Campaign Execution: Experience deploying multiple campaigns weekly with high attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills for managing large datasets; PowerPoint for reporting.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and communicate them clearly.
  • Ability to troubleshoot campaign execution issues and clearly articulate how a defined solution solves business/marketing requirements
  • Project Management: Skilled at juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with additional MarTech tools (e.g., marketing automation, analytics platforms).
  • Telecom Experience
  • Experience with Marcom Tools
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Main Responsibilities:

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Platform Consultant to support the execution of high-volume marketing campaigns and lead platform-related initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce and Pardot, strong campaign execution capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience in the telecom industry is a plus.



  • Design and build end-to-end customer acquisition and marketing journeys, integrating within the tech stack.
  • Build and deploy 5-10 marketing campaigns per week using Salesforce and Pardot, including email creation, journey logic, and backend configuration.
  • Troubleshoot campaign execution issues and clearly articulate how proposed solutions meet business and marketing requirements.
  • Manage large campaign audience files using Excel and ensure accurate segmentation and targeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign execution with strategic goals.
  • Support platform transitions and enhancements, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple campaign requests, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Create documentation and reports using PowerPoint and Excel to communicate performance and progress.
