Allied Personnel Services is seeking a Marketing Manager for a temporary opening with a Lehigh Valley school. This position offers full time hours and $25.00-30.00/hr based on experience.


In this role you will plan, implement, and evaluate marketing communications activities:

  • Oversee and direct team of communications employees
  • Facilitate data collection and analysis of KPIs to help achieve enrollment goals
  • Ensure ads, photography, and marketing projects align with college mission and goals
  • Liaise with other departments to market and promote events, programs, majors, etc
  • Prepare Requests for Proposal for creative and marketing services
  • Maintain branding including logos, style guidelines, and promo materials
  • Serve as primary editor for publications including newsletters, digital magazine, and social media content

Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in a communications, marketing or related field along with supervisory experience. Higher ed experience is a plus.
