We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute the bank's comprehensive marketing and branding strategy. This role involves managing all facets of marketing, including branding, digital and social media presence, website management, public relations, and internal communications. The ideal candidate is an innovative marketing professional with strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Core Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Implementation:
- Develop, coordinate, and implement the Bank's overall marketing strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Create and maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing collateral, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Oversee and update digital content, including the Bank's website, social media, and internet marketing initiatives, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and brand consistency.
- Identify and incorporate Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) opportunities into the marketing plan.
Social Media & Digital Presence:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the Bank's strategic objectives.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and digital campaigns, regularly assessing their effectiveness and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Ensure the Bank maintains a professional, engaging, and consistent presence across social media platforms as relevant.
Public Relations & Community Engagement:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Bank and external advertising agencies, media outlets, and vendors.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend internal and external events, ensuring appropriate and effective representation of the Bank.
- Stay informed of current trends and advancements in marketing, public relations, and communications, bringing innovative approaches to the organization.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, setting clear objectives and ensuring departmental goals are achieved.
- Assist branch teams with local marketing initiatives and product promotions.
- Work closely with senior management to align marketing efforts with overall business strategy and market trends.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Manage internal marketing team members, including performance evaluations, training, and professional development.
- Oversee and coordinate activities with external marketing vendors, advertising agencies, and media partners.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5-10 years' proven experience in digital communications, marketing strategy, social media management, and content development.
- Highly proficient with social media platforms and emerging digital channels.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite, ADB Design Software, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong project management capabilities, with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed for business and marketing initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Fulfill at least 10 hours of annual CRA volunteer activities, scheduled during business hours (compensable, including mileage reimbursement).
- Ensure adherence to all Bank policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal banking regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
