Perelel is looking for a strategic, creative, and highly organized Marketing Manager to join our Brand Marketing Team full-time. This role will work closely with our Senior Director of Brand Marketing and is responsible for executing across key brand initiatives-with a focus on campaign management, partnerships, community activations, and event representation-and plays a vital role in building brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Management
- Support the brand's robust partnership program through ideation and execution aligned brand partnerships-from initial outreach and negotiation through activation and recap
- Cultivate relationships with potential partners and aligned communities to foster new opportunities and expand brand reach
Community Strategy
- Bring Perelel's community strategy to life through leading our advocate program, testing engagement tactics, managing deliverables and tracking KPIs of engagement, reach and content creation to serve brand and growth channels
- Grow advocate program into thriving community channel by testing recruitment strategies that scale across Perelel's diverse customer segments and life stages, ensuring a steady pipeline of mission-aligned voices
- Stay on the pulse of best-in-class community tactics and competitive trends to proactively surface innovative ideas and ensure Perelel is ready to activate high-impact, community-led moments across digital and IRL channels
Brand Activations & Events
- Represent Perelel at key brand and partner events in the LA area and occasionally beyond
- Ensure an on-brand and mission-aligned brand presence at community gatherings, panels, and experiential activations
- Collaborate with Social and Creative teams to oversee content capture for social purposes from brand events that supports social engagement and reach goals
Team Collaboration & Project Management
- Manage brand marketing briefs for community and partnerships and oversee from conception through execution, handling cross-functional collaboration with creative, CRM and other teams within company process and tools
- Track and report on brand campaign, event, and partnership performance - uncovering insights, and recommending optimizations for future efforts
- Manage brand marketing budget, staying accountable for ROI on community and partnership investments
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Marketing
- Experience sourcing, negotiating and executing partnerships
- Experience executing on-brand events and experiences
- Highly organized, master negotiator and good problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance and manage multiple projects at once
- Personal interest in the health and wellness category; well-versed in the space
- Ability to work to in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, while maintaining a positive "can-do" attitude
- Collaborative team player with an open mind and willingness to learn
- A genuine passion for the Perelel brand, our mission, customer, and products
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
