About the Role

A fast-growing early-stage tech company in San Francisco is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing functions. This is an on-site role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, takes ownership, and enjoys building strategy and execution from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (organic + paid)
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform positioning
  • Write and manage content for blog, social, email, and product messaging
  • Oversee digital marketing, SEO, analytics, and ad performance
  • Track KPIs, analyze campaign data, and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Collaborate with founders, product, and cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in startups or small teams
  • Comfortable owning end-to-end marketing execution
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Skilled in SEO, paid media, and social media marketing
  • Familiar with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Clear communicator and cross-functional collaborator
  • Data-driven, creative, and proactive
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
