About the Role
A fast-growing early-stage tech company in San Francisco is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing functions. This is an on-site role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, takes ownership, and enjoys building strategy and execution from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (organic + paid)
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform positioning
- Write and manage content for blog, social, email, and product messaging
- Oversee digital marketing, SEO, analytics, and ad performance
- Track KPIs, analyze campaign data, and adjust strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with founders, product, and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in startups or small teams
- Comfortable owning end-to-end marketing execution
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Skilled in SEO, paid media, and social media marketing
- Familiar with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
- Clear communicator and cross-functional collaborator
- Data-driven, creative, and proactive
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
