We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing and business development team/efforts across all brands within the Rehab United ecosystem (Rehab United, Resolve Wellness, and Fit Societe).

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and growth strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition/journey, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for inspiring & leading a team of 4 marketing professionals, managing marketing budgets, and building strong relationships with our health care providers, driving forward the strategic plan, and changing the healthcare space.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement a multi-brand marketing strategy that aligns with our mission, vision, and overall business goals.
- Oversee and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, content, PR, and events.
- Drive our healthcare initiative by identifying and targeting key customer segments and developing personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with their specific needs and interests.
- Maintain strong relationships with our providers, referral partners, influencers, industry organizations, and community groups.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
- Track and measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making using a data-driven approach.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams for Rehab United and its brands.
About you:
- You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a leadership role in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- You are a confident capable manager, inspiring, building trust, fostering emotional intelligence, and creating a strong communication foundation for the team and the company
- You have excellent project management and organizational skills.
- You have a passion for leadership and developing others.
- You have strong website and digital design skills (Photoshop, etc.).
- Prior experience in the rehabilitation, wellness, or fitness industry a big plus.
- You have a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
