POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of external marketing/advertising communication activities including customer relationship management (CRM) for University Health. Writes content for traditional, digital and social marketing to help increase patient education, funded patient referrals, and patient volume.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field is required. Five years experience in an advertising agency or in a corporate communications role is preferred. Managed health care experience a plus.
